Returns

While we fully stand behind the effectiveness of our products, unfortunately we cannot accept opened bottles. We will gladly accept unopened bottles purchased directly from our website within 15 days from the date you received it. If you have purchased the item from one of our stockist’s, please contact the stockist for return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the order number or proof of purchase from us.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 7 days of receipt of the item. Refund to your account will depend on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Additionally, Shipping costs charged by us are non­refundable. If you are eligible to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Prior to returning the item to us, please contact us via email with subject line “Return Request” and state your order number, the product you are returning and the reason for your return.
